Even if strategically, we know how do solve a student's problem, but without 爱学生的动力和责任感, the solution might not be able to come through successfully.   Therefore, I think 爱学生是一种动力和责任感, 还是解决问题的具体方案's motivation。"  

To me, I rely on this attitude and motivation to be more creative in finding solutions to students' problems.  I actually enjoy teaching "hopeless" students (commented by other teachers) because it is very rewarding.  (Though it does take a lot of my energy... )
